I purchased this vac based on reviews.....most users stated the suction was more than adequate....I did not find this to be the case. I found it would not pick up a nail off the floor and it went back in the box and back to Amazon the next day. I will never again purchase a vacuum that advertises that it is "Quiet"....a good effective shop vac moves allot of air....this makes noise...deal with it...This Vac is a large, cumbersome, inefficient wad of plastic and not worth half of the $130 price IMO....I would NOT recommend this vacuum to a friend. There are several design flaws in this vac....too many too mention but the main couple being....there is no seal between the vac motor and the motor end of the suction hose...just kinda butts up against it...it leaks big time...there is no easy to grab handle to move this beast around...grab one of the motor handles on top the unit and you are in danger of detaching the blower because nothing holds it in place but a close fit...I would say that overall this machine sucks...but then again not very well. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because it actually ran. Didn't do much but it did run....quietly!

This is exactly what I was looking for. The suction is powerful and the fact that you can use bags with it is a plus for picking up dust and fine particles. I bought this for our entire house remodeling project and it far surpasses any vacuum of this type I have owned in the past and i have gone through quite a few brands & sizes of varying HP. Great vac and perfect size for all kinds of jobs from light fine particle pick up to heavy duty rocks no kidding!!

This has turned out to be a better deal than the great deal I though I was getting. Obviously, there is the lightning speed of the Amazon shipping that is to be mentioned. On top of that the unit is fantastic. Adding the blower option and all the tools that come with this unit that I never got with unit I would buy from Menards or Lowes. We use this unit in an automotive body shop and the blower feature has brought new drying techniques to interior details and the assortment of attachments allow us to reach all the small spaces we could before.
I don't see how anyone could go wrong with free shipping, more items, and a better unit that the local places carry for the same price.
