Bought this for a Asus EEE PC the 900. What a good decision. The old drive used to take forever to boot and I would lose user settings constantly due to what I thought was the original SSD. Not only did I get the speed increase but the capacity was the icing on the top of the cake. I totally recommend this as an upgrade to speed up your old EEE PC with an SSD.

This kind of SSD is never cheap but it is needed for running the Windows 7 and application. The shipping is quick and installation is very straight forward. The 32GB is sufficient for my Windows 7 ultimate installation with Office 2003. It's a cost-effective SSD for my old EEEPC 901/XP relive.

I purchased this as an upgrade to the 8gb chip for my eee PC 901. When initially dropped into the netbook, my PC was unable to recognize the full amount of memory. I had to load in a new bios, now? Sweet. A much faster machine. The OS and programs run from the 32gb chip, my data resides on the (old) 4gb "C" drive. This upgrade gave my eeePC machine a new lease on life!
